Jessie Turner Health - 2008
Fontana recently held the grand opening for their Jessie Turner Health & Fitness Center.
The 43,000 sqft facility includes a spacious indoor gymnasium, a dedicated aerobics room, a large assembly hall,
full service kitchen. Continental Plumbing installed all site utilities and plumbing systems for this
impressive health and aquatic fitness center. Completed September, 2008 - base contract: $2,652,422.
Heritage High School - 2007
In early 2006, Continental Plumbing began work on the
the first high school in Romoland, California. All site utlities and plumbing systems
were carefully planned and installed by our professional crew of skilled craftsmen.
The project was completed in September of 2007. Completed September, 2007 - base contract: $4,030,000.
PIH Hospital Whittier - 2005
Continental Plumbing, Inc. recently re-routed site utilities and installed all plubming systems throughout
all five levels of the newly constructed Foundation Tower for Advanced Medicine at the Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospitals's
newest addition. We were proud to assist PIH in design, budgeting, and value engineering
over $500,000 in savings for the owner. Completed January, 2005 - base contract: $3,338,984.

our Company
Founded in May of 1978, Continental Plumbing, Inc. began as a commercial
plumbing partnership. We have been in operation for over 31 years and
through the experience and expertise attained we have grown, expanded, and moved
into larger facilities. As of this day, Continental Plumbing, Inc. has completed a
total of 1516 jobs, each ranging between $25,000 and $4,500,000.

Continental Plumbing Inc. meticulously records the details of every job,
measuring our past performance and striving for improvement; for when
performance is measured, performance improves, and when performance is measured
and reported, the rate of improvement accelerates. Through our extensive
planning, training and education, Continental Plumbing, Inc. is able to do
things right the first time. Though we work with our hands,
we work with our minds first. Continental Plumbing, Inc. does everything
in its power to promote a safe work environment while maintaining the highest
level of efficiency. All of our plumbing apprentices must have a high
school diploma or equivalent, finish a course in Algebra with a "C"
or better grade, and pass a mandatory drug test. Further, all of our field
employees are strongly encouraged to attend a state approved apprenticeship

30th Anniversery
This last year, Continental Plumbing, Inc. celebrated it's 30th anniversery at the almost-antique Guasti Villa, providing the perfect, warm, and
cozy backdrop for our awards dinner and celebration. Our guests were greeted by merry carolers and then enjoyed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, as
we prepared to celebrate 30 years of quality craftmanship, innovative design, and long-standing relationships with our favorite builders and developers.
Longetivity is a rare commodity in the current construction marketplace, and we feel our 31 years of financial responsibility, and a $17M bonding capacity serves as a much needed comfort to our customers in this volatile economy.
We toasted our rich history honored our dedicated employees, as entertainment, portraits, and an amazing desert bar topped the evening. Special thanks to the

 Our
Graduates
CPI has had over a dozen apprentices graduate in the last ten
years from the ABC Plumbing Unilateral Apprenticeship Program.
ABC So-Cal
will celebrate its Eleventh Annual Graduation Ceremony September, 2005, at the
Hyatt Regency Alicante in Garden Grove. Among the plumbing graduates will
be two apprentices from Continental Plumbing. Both have completed the Plumbing
Unilateral Apprenticeship Program and will assume journeymen responsibilities within
the company. Great job, guys!
