Jessie Turner Health - 2008
Fontana recently held the grand opening for their Jessie Turner Health & Fitness Center.
The 43,000 sqft facility includes a spacious indoor gymnasium, a dedicated aerobics room, a large assembly hall,
full service kitchen. Continental Plumbing installed all site utilities and plumbing systems for this
impressive health and aquatic center. Completed September, 2008 - base contract: $2,652,422.
Heritage High School - 2007
In early 2006, Continental Plumbing began work on the
the first high school in Romoland, California. All site utlities and plumbing systems
were carefully planned and installed by our professional crew of skilled craftsmen.
The project was completed in September of 2007. Completed September, 2007 - base contract: $4,030,000.
PIH Hospital Whittier - 2005
Continental Plumbing, Inc. recently re-routed site utilities and installed all plubming systems throughout
all five levels of the newly constructed Foundation Tower for Advanced Medicine at the Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospitals's
newest addition. We were proud to assist PIH in design, budgeting, and value engineering
over $500,000 in savings for the owner. Completed January, 2005 - base contract: $3,338,984.

 Bidding
Continental Plumbing, Inc. does their bidding with a computerized,
mechanical bidding program in conjunction with an electronic parts
database. Our parts database is constantly being updated and reviewed
in order to ensure accurate pricing. By applying 31 years of
meticulous job cost history, we have developed our own, unique bidding
method that keeps our bids both accurate and realistic.
Budgeting
If you do not have a completed plumbing drawing and need an estimate,
Continental Plumbing Inc. can provide a very accurate estimate of job cost based
on your conceptual drawings alone. Our highly skilled team of experienced
estimators have budgeted a number jobs for general contractors, ranging between
$30,000 and $10,000,000.
CAD Coordination Drawing
Corrections on the job site are costly and time consuming. Electrical,
HVAC, Fire Sprinkler, and Plumbing Contractors all have their own set of shop
drawings; and because no trade can fully anticipate the needs of another, these
plans often conflict with one another. Continental Plumbing, Inc.,
however, offers a CAD Coordination service, in which the different sets of plans
are collected and then layered upon one another and thoroughly inspected for
potential conflicts. This system allows us to catch and solve
problems/conflicts in a virtual environment and lower the amount of
unanticipated, on the job collisions, conflicts, and production
impediments. This cooperative process, fueled by our skilled design team,
have helped in maintaining Continental Plumbing, Inc.'s rock solid reputation
for on time, quality work.
Value Engineering
Often times, an architect or mechanical engineer designs a plumbing system which
brings all bids in over budget. Continental Plumbing, Inc. offers a
Value Engineering service, in which we propose alternative plumbing
solutions. With efficiency as a premise, our talented team of designers
can create a system that bring the job back in line while meeting the needs of
our customer.
